Returns

We want you to feel great in your suit and will be happy to issue a refunds and exchanges for items purchased through www.balanceswim.com within 14 days from the day goods were received. 

Exchange for credit offered within 30 days from the day goods were received.

Simply email hi@balanceswim.com to start your return Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Only unworn items with original tag attached will be refunded or exchanged. Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit.

Returned merchandise will be exchanged, credited or refunded to your account upon receipt from our warehouse. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fees on Returns/Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items or merchandise discounted 50% or more.
