It is important to make time on a monthly, weekly and even daily basis to reflect on your desires and to acknowledge what you are grateful for. This reflection requires slowing down and listening to your needs, intuition, and body.

I created a planner in order to remind myself to do this on a regular basis. It is intentionally simple - this planner will not leave you feeling overwhelmed or like you have another thing on your list to do.
