This single meditation includes all of the scopes covered above for a complete practice. Feel free to use this regularly until you can guide yourself through it. Also if you prefer to use part 1-6 instead because you are feeling called to those scopes then that is great. Stick with what works and put in the time that feels right for you.
I acknowledge that the meditation I have created would not exist for a long history of meditation in a culture that is not my own. I honor and respect the lineage of this work. I am currently educating myself to learn how to continue to use this practice while minimizing harm.
